What we collect

When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. We also keep a record of what you ordered so we can handle returns and warranty claims.

How we use it

Your details are used to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries and — only if you agree — send occasional offers. We do not sell or rent customer data to anyone.

Payments

We never store card numbers or UPI credentials on our servers. Online payments, when enabled, are handled entirely by our payment partner.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep your shopping bag and login working. No advertising trackers are set by this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to our support email. We will act on the request within seven working days.
