Shipping charges
A flat delivery fee applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout. Orders above the threshold ship free anywhere in India.
Dispatch time
In-stock frames leave our store within 24 hours on working days. Prescription lenses add two to four working days for fitting.
Returns
Tell us within seven days of delivery and we will arrange a pickup. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Refunds reach your account within five working days of the item passing inspection.
Exchanges
Wrong size or not the shape you expected? Exchange for another frame of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
Warranty claims
Manufacturing defects in the frame are covered by the brand warranty. Accidental damage and scratches are not covered.
