What is covered

Frames are covered against manufacturing defects such as faulty hinges, plating defects and frame breakage under normal use, for the period stated by the brand.

What is not covered

Scratched lenses, accidental damage, damage from heat or chemicals, and normal wear of nose pads and temple tips.

How to claim

Bring the frame and your invoice to the store, or send us photos on WhatsApp. Most claims are settled within a week.
