Orders
An order is confirmed once we contact you and dispatch the item. Prices and stock are subject to change without notice, but the price shown at the time you place an order is the price you pay.
Prescription products
Where a prescription is supplied, we make the lenses to that prescription. Please check the values carefully before confirming — we cannot accept responsibility for errors in a prescription supplied by the customer.
Delivery
We dispatch within 24 hours of confirmation on working days. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and your location, typically three to seven working days.
Returns
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within seven days of delivery. Custom lenses and prescription eyewear cannot be returned unless faulty.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
